Electric Kids are coming from the electric side of Paris

The Parisian Missive label, known for its cutting-edge selection and its notable releases, has contributed to discovering or rediscovering gems of the genre. This one was done Electric Kids, a duet composed by my dear friend Miss Chrysalide, alongside Sèra, released in 2005. If I am not really fanatic about Thomas Di Matteo’s mix, a decent danceable track, I rather prefer the original version, and the great evolving bassline!

Electric Kids’ Live To Dance, released on the Missive label, is a captivating electronic disco-funk gem that embodies the effervescent spirit of the era. This track stands out for its intense grooves, infectious rhythms and dynamic arrangements, characteristic of productions influenced by the underground disco movement.

Fondateur de Houz-Motik, Cyprien Rose est journaliste. Il a été coordinateur de la rédaction de Postap Mag et du Food2.0Lab. Il a également collaboré avec Radio France, Le Courrier, Tsugi, LUI... Noctambule, il a œuvré au sein de l'équipe organisatrice des soirées La Mona, et se produit en tant que DJ.
